AVN School Management System v1.0
Desktop Software · One School · Your Own PC

Every admission, mark,
and rupee — one register.

AVN School Management System replaces the box of registers, the fee voucher pad, and the separate payroll spreadsheet with one desktop system that runs from your own office — on your own PC, over your own network, under your own lock and key.

20
modules, one login screen
4
role-based logins — Admin, Accountant, Teacher, Front Desk
0
internet connection required to run it
1
office PC holds the master record; every other desk just views it
Section 01
The Register

Everything the front office, the accounts desk,
and the staff room already keep on paper.

Organized the way a school actually runs — by what each desk is responsible for, not by software category. Four ledgers, one system underneath.

Admissions & Students
Full family and guardian detail on every student. Admit a whole class at once with a bulk-import template instead of typing each one in by hand.
Academic Sessions & Promotion
Move a class up at year-end in one workflow — every student's class history stays on record, session by session.
Class Routine
The weekly timetable, kept per class and section, not on a printout taped to the staff room wall.
Lesson Plans
Teachers log what was actually taught, and when — a running record, not a filing-cabinet formality.
Exams & Report Cards
Subject-wise marks in, grade and percentage out — printable report cards, no separate spreadsheet.
Certificates
Leaving, Character, Bonafide, and Provisional certificates — each with its own serial number, ready to print and sign.
Staff Records
Teaching and non-teaching staff alike — designation, department, and assigned duty shift, all in one place.
Biometric Attendance
Pull the day's punches straight off a fingerprint device with one click — set up independently for staff and for students.
Duty Time Slabs
Set a shift's hours once. Present, Half Day, and Absent are then worked out automatically from how much of the shift was actually covered — see the spotlight below.
Leave Management
Apply, approve, and track leave by type — paid and unpaid handled differently where it counts, at payroll time.
Fee Vouchers
Bank copy, school copy, and parent copy printed side by side on one sheet — with your late-fee policy applied automatically.
Fee Collection & Defaulters
Who's paid, who hasn't, and how much is outstanding — at a glance, not at month-end reconciliation.
Accounting
A day-to-day income and expense ledger, kept alongside the fee and payroll records it actually relates to.
Payroll
Salary runs that already know who was absent or half-day that month, and deduct accordingly — no separate attendance-to-payroll spreadsheet.
Scholarships
Track who's on a fee concession, and how much — reflected straight through to their vouchers.
Inventory & Assets
Stock levels by category, with low-stock flagged before the stationery cupboard actually runs dry.
Reports
Every report exports to a formatted Excel file with live SUM and percentage formulas — correct even after someone edits a row afterward.
Backup & Restore
One click makes a full backup of the database and every generated document. Restoring one takes an automatic safety copy of today's data first.
Role-Based Access
Admin, Accountant, Teacher, and Front Desk logins each see only the corner of the register their job actually needs.
Section 02
In Focus

Attendance that knows the difference
between late and gone.

Most systems ask a teacher to pick a status from a dropdown. This one measures it — from an actual clock-in and clock-out, or a biometric punch — against the shift that person is actually assigned to.

Duty Time Slab: Day Shift, 08:00–17:00

A staff member checks in at 11:00 and out at 17:00 — 6 of the shift's 9 hours covered.

08:00 11:00 in 50% — Half Day 95% — Present 17:00 out
Shift start Shift end
Present Half Day Absent
66.7% covered falls between the Half Day and Full Day thresholds set for this shift — so this day is marked Half Day automatically, and it's still editable by hand afterward if there's a good reason. Whatever it settles on, it flows straight into that person's next payroll run — no separate step to remember.
Section 03
The Vault

Your records don't leave your building —
and they don't disappear, either.

A cloud login is only as available as your internet connection, and only as private as whoever runs the server. This runs the other way around.

01

One master PC, unlimited view stations

One office PC holds the real database and does the writing. Every other desk on the same network — front gate, accounts, staff room — opens a read-only view of the same live records, no separate license server involved.

02

Backed up before anything risky happens

A backup is one click, any time. A restore takes an automatic safety copy of whatever's currently on file first, so undoing a mistake never creates a second one.

03

Updates touch the software, never the school

The database, settings, and every certificate or voucher ever generated live outside the program folder entirely. Install a new version over the old one, and every record is exactly where it was.

Section 04
Licensing

Try it properly before you commit to it.

Licensed per school, activated against your school's name. No seat-counting, no per-student metering — one school, one license.

PlanSuited to
Trial A full run-through of every module before you decide — no cost, no card, no obligation.
Monthly Short-term or seasonal use, renewed as you go.
Quarterly A term at a time — matches most schools' own academic calendar.
Yearly One renewal a year, for a school that's settled in and staying.
Lifetime One payment, no renewal, ever again.
