Getting started
No IT department, no server to configure, no waiting on approval from head office.
One setup file. It puts a shortcut on the desktop and in the Start Menu, and asks nothing of you that a normal Windows program wouldn't.
Enter your licence once. Your admin and cashier logins are already set up, along with a starter category, supplier and unit list, so day one isn't spent on setup.
Scan or tap, take payment, print the receipt. That's the whole loop — everything else is there when you need it, and out of the way when you don't.
Why offline-first
Cloud POS systems are convenient right up until the connection drops at 6pm on a Saturday. CMV POS doesn't have that failure mode.
